The Best Shiba Inus of Instagram
Simply a list of the best Shiba Inu Instagrams that you should be following. Shiba Inu is a breed originating in Japan. Who’s a good boy? They are!
1. Marutaro (Marutaro's Instagram)
He’s probably the most famous Shiba Inu in Japan. Maru has over 2.5 million Instagram followers, and if you’re not one of them you’re missing out! He’s a good boy from Tokyo, who’s a celebrity that’s been on TV several times. I’m not salty that a dog’s more photogenic than I am, because he is a gosh darn cutie!
2. Kurumi (Kurumi's Instagram)
You can find this stylish girl in Asakusa, rocking her signature scarves. I love the photos of her at either the Tokyo Skytree or the Sensoji temple. She likes to sleep, relax, and not go on walks - I feel you, Kurumi.
3. Rei (Rei's Instagram)
This snow white beauty is from New York, and her fur blends perfectly with the cold, New York snow. According to her humans, she is a secret agent, probably trying to take over humans with her cuteness. Well, it’s working for sure.
4. Kotetsu, Koume, and Sakura
This family of puppers, consisting of dad Kotetsu, mom Koume, and daughter Sakura, are the cutest family on the block. Sakura also has two other siblings, named Momo, and Komomo, who live with their human’s neighbor and family members, so they reunite often and have playdates. If you go far back enough in their posts, you can find pictures of pregnant Koume, and the babies, which will melt your heart.
5. Ringo and Santa (Ringo and Santa's Instagram)
Ringo the Shiba and Santa the cat are the perfect duo. Well actually, according to their humans, they’re not always the bestest of friends, but are still great companions for each other. They’re still super photogenic, and of course, the cutest.
6. Sana (Sana's Instagram)
Last but not least, Sana-chan. Her instagram is one of my favorite accounts, because her human is pretty funny, and makes hilarious captions. She often posts “ugly” photo of Sana, which only makes me love her more.
